Each piece is handmade and shipping time estimations can be unique. Please check estimated shipping time for each individual piece on it's page.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
 

returns/exchanges

There are no refunds on 14k or 18k solid gold pieces, as they are always handmade to order ~ exchanges are available

If you wish to make a return, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email us at rosaliejadejewelry@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return request. Returns are subject to approval.

In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with order.
